Rotary die board laser machine is mainly for cutting rotary die board in corrugated box factory, rotary die maker manufacturer and other end users for rotary die cutting machine.

With stable body structure design, flexible working function, professional CNC control system, the cutting efficiency and quality has more advantages over traditional cutting method. This machine can work with high speed with a broad diameter range from 170-800mm.

The machine has the laser cutting proprietary energy control functions, machine operator functions, laser operation function, and expert cutting technology library, remote diagnostics and other functions

Anti-collision system to protect the laser head from being damaged when power is suddenly off or wrong operation

Auto compensation system for rotary laser to adjust the tolerance when the rotary die board is tiny twisted

The machine equipped with CAD/CAM dedicated automatic programming software which is to facilitate the production of graphics programming and maximize the conservation of raw materials, and special cutting process features

The machine uses upper and lower regional dust removal system at the same time cutting waste funnel fall into the scrap car, which is convenient for operator to clean regularly

The machine uses fully-enclosed cover, the effect of removing smoke is very good, 100% no smoke left in the workshop when cutting

The machine with enclosed optical path, use positive pressure to remove the dust, which can ensure the lens life

Stainless steel plate cover, can bear at least two weighted 80kg men standing on it, no deformation

Eccentric shaft of rotary bed, scientific protection of the axis to avoid high temperature deformation
